Always Send Your Gift

This is rule #1. If you sign up for an exchange, you must send a gift. Failing to do so will result in a ban.

Be Thoughtful

Put effort into your gift. Read your match's profile and try to personalise it. Generic or low-effort gifts aren't in the spirit.

Ship On Time

Respect the shipping deadlines. If you'll be late, communicate with your giftee and the support team.

Be Kind & Respectful

Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech will be tolerated.

Gift Guidelines

Meet the minimum spend requirement (usually $20 USD)

Include a note or card to personalise the gift

Ensure items are appropriate and legal to ship

Package items securely for international shipping

Reporting Issues

If something goes wrong, we're here to help:

No gift received? Mark it in the app after the deadline and you'll be eligible for rematching.

Inappropriate content? Report it immediately and our team will investigate.

Shipping issues? Contact support with your tracking info.

Consequences

Violating these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity. We take the safety and experience of our community seriously.
